It's hard, if not impossible, to explain what we're doing, so I'll let the pictures do the talking.


And lastly, this is the hard-to-photograph Lecoq class. Hard to photograph because 1. There's rarely a moment that I'm not running around, involved in the exercise 2. It is 100% movement, 100% of the time, which makes it blurry 3. Jason scolded me early on in front of the class because he thought I was taking video of his instruction for YouTube. Which I wasn't...grumble, grumble. In ANY case, here's a picture I managed to snag of some students being caught in a huge ocean wave!
