The Bus Ride...to HELL

Ok, maybe not to HELL, per say... it was just a bus ride to Edinburgh. But it lasted a very long time. So long, that sometimes I think I may just be dreaming that I arrived and I could at any moment wake up and still be on the bus. (Um, Shannon? Stop stealing Inception plotlines and get back to your blog.)

ANYways, welcome to the insanity that was a 20 hour bus ride with 27 drama students.

I got caught making faces at small children in passing cars.

Markie got caught making a wonderful sleeping face at my camera...

Allow me to put the wonder of this photograph into perspective for you: Kate is 6ft tall.

Mmmm mmmm! Nothing is so refreshing as the delicious red variety of my favorite soda: Indian Orangina! I'll have to see if they sell it in the stadium next time I go see a Redskins game.

Why yes, now that you mention it, we may have been experiencing a bit of Cabin Fever. Why do you ask?

Waiting for the ferry...for which, the bus drivers had apparently purchased the wrong tickets. Oh well, what's a few more hours on the bus?

Cool ferry thing.

Switched buses because the first one was broken. Ate fast food. Watched a movie. Slept on the floor. Lost my mind.

5AM and so happy to have finally made it! ...yeah, well, let's put you on a bus for a day and see how good you look.

  2. That's actually not bad. You look sullen to be sure, but there is no mad gleam to the eye, no eye twitch, and very little foam at the mouth. I'd say you came through it in better than average condition.
